She envisioned a workplace that nurtured the technical proficiency of her staff while encouraging their spirit and ambition. One step at a time, Michele aimed for the day when vibrant, creative, fearless beauty work would be possible in the Berkshires. Prompted by Kristina Barrett Biviano, Michele began to realize that more than hair needed to be attended to if her shop was going to provide the kind of mind and body experience she sought for her clients and staff.
